We’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking individual to be our Success Team Leader with a 'to-the-moon' attitude! You’ll need to be a person that understands that customer success equals company success. You’ve got an eye for detail and you’re keen to look for insights in the customer funnel. But most importantly, complex issues bring out the best in you and help you thrive, rather than push you into your shell.
As the Success Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Helping our customers achieve more in such a manner that will have a positive impact on retention metrics and company MRR. You’ll help customers see the value in custom designed packaging.
Orchestrating the customer funnel to ensure customers fall in love with Packhelp’s services and products, as well as monitoring things like pricing, shortages and returns.
The outline, measurement, tracking and delivery of specific sales strategies.
Using data and analytics to build an authoritative solution for our customers.
Being the customer's voice when working with product and engineering teams to design new product features.
Supervising the success team.
Expert in the area of customer understanding and relations
Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a similar position
Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices (SEO, SEM, SMM etc)
Excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette - You are able to strike the right tone with people at all levels of business
Engage regularly with customers for feedback. A lover of process and optimization
People oriented skills, ability to coach and motivate a team
Very good stakeholder management
Fluent in Polish and English
The ability to find opportunities and patterns in data (DDD)
Being action oriented with strong organization skills
A true customer advocate, whose passion for customer-company relations and product impacts everything they do
Knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian or French
Previous experience as Team Leader
